I don't know when my vehicle needs servicing:

When you take delivery of your new vehicle please take time to look through the Manufacturers handbook package to check the service intervals. It may be that a warning will be displayed on the dashboard advising that the service is due, or, servicing may be determined by the mileage or age of the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure servicing is done at the correct times.

I don't know who to use for servicing:

On delivery of your new vehicle we will give you a form on which to nominate your preferred Main Dealer garage for service/maintenance. Please fill in the information requested and return the form to us in the envelope provided.

My vehicle requires servicing:

All servicing should be done at an appropriate Main Dealer workshop. When service is due:

My tyres need checking or replacing:

We will give you an envelope containing account cards for both Kwik-Fit and National Tyres. You can use either of these when you need tyres. Show the depot your Tyre Card and, as for servicing, the costs will be charged to our account. Please always check that your Locking Wheel Nut Key is in your vehicle BEFORE leaving the tyre depot.

My vehicle breaks down:

Please refer to the Manufacturers handbook for details of breakdown assistance offered by them. Depending on your vehicle it could be between 1 and 3 years. When the manufacturers cover expires we will send you an AA assistance card which you can use, in the event of breakdown, for the remainder of your contract with us.

I want to take my vehicle abroad:

You will require documentation from us to take your vehicle abroad. Just telephone or email our office, at least 2 weeks before your travel (if possible), and we will arrange for the necessary paperwork to be sent to you.
